OK, I was able to get the new cupd.conf into /ect/cups/ by Linux "elevated" permission on the "ect" folder. Then just copy and paste the cupd.conf file. Then I was able to get into the CUPS server. For about 2-3 days last week I was able to login. Then I might not be able to get back for months. This happen with Windows 11 also. I would get to get Admin section, select add printer, then I would get this screen. Last week I would get the drop-down, asking for the username and password. Take care
