Epson ESC . 0 Graphics Printing

We have found an error in the Epson ESC.0 emulation (probably because we have come across the first instance of anyone using this graphics print mode).

We will correct this in the next version of the software - we are currently testing further minor issues with the emulation for this particular Epson model which uses extended and remote control codes.

Please do report any other issues which you come across.
