Printpcl Optimisation

For converting PostScript, HP PCL and HP Graphic Language (plotters) we use a range of free tools, controlled by
/home/pi/printpcl.sh

We have found a couple of potential optimisations for this to help speed up the conversion process, as GhostPDL etc can be quite slow on the Raspberry Pi.

v10.04.0 of GhostPDL also has some speed improvements, but they are not too noticeable on complex PCL data at least on the files we tried.
