manual typo + configuration problem

On bottom of page 22 of the manual, examples of configuration files, it says "Select the one you need (such as printer_output)". I guess it should be output_printer.
Speaking of this, I have first tried to change config files and could not do it. With Bitvise, from within root/config/, when I type "nano output_printer" I get the message "Error writing lock file ./.output_printer.swp: no space left on device"
The content of the file is shown, and it was the default value "Yes". When I change it to "Raw" and save the file, it says "save the buffer content" I say yes, and it exits. Opening again "output_printer" shows an empty file with a message "Error reading lock file ./.output_printer.swp: Not enough data read".
As a newbie in this filed, I may be missing something really obvious, but I'm stuck. Any help wuld be greately appreciated.
Thanks
