Seiko Emulation

Post by RWAP »

We have now created a test Seiko printer emulation which is required for a specific customer's project in the US. Interesting machines, which are based largely on Epson emulation, but with a few pitfalls.

The interesting aspect of these printers is that they are connected by a flat ribbon cable to the machine's motherboard, so we have had to make a special adaptor to allow the Retro-Printer to capture the data and then send it via a USB port direct to the Seiko printer.
