HP Plotters (HPGL)

We have been asked by a customer to capture and convert the data sent to a HP Plotter. This is in HPGL format, and we have added a new emulation for this.

The problem is more to do with how you specify paper sizes as the plotters can handle many different widths.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We want to avoid users haveing to enter a page size by point size!
