Is there a landscape US Letter page size option?

Lots of landscape european page sizes listed in the documentation, not sure if there's an L-ANSI-4?

Well, I tried it, and it kind of worked but the PNG became garbled about halfway through and no PDF was created.

It did recognize L-ANSI-4 as a page_size

/root/config/page_size parameter = l-ansi-4
Page Size ANSI 4 = 8.5' x 11' Landscape, use Default Margins = 0

but I guess it's not officlally a feature!

I will add that to the manual as I missed out a couple of new page sizes.

If the PNG became garbled, that would normally explain why the PDF was not created. It may well be that the problem is to do with the handshaking setting which can cause garbled output if the host machine does not pause and wait when we put the BUSY signal on!
