Hi there, I had RPi3.19f installed. Have a 16GB card. HDD Raw Copy Tool installed. Wanted to update to RPi3.32 64bit. The card showed 14+ GB free. But HDD Raw Copy Tool stated I didn't have enough space to install. Same with the RPi3.32 32bit. Also tried to re-install RPi3.19f again, same results. Purchased a 32GB MicroSDHC, this didn't work either. Also tried copying the file using Windows directly, it would even try to install, just stated that there wasn't enough room. Must be doing something wrong. I thought my SD reader was going bad, but HDD Raw Copy Tool isn't working either. Do I need to get a 64GB or a 128GB. card.

That is weird - the images should both be less than 10gb and when you run them expand to fill the SD card.

Sounds like an oddity with your sd card reader

I have just tried programming both the 32 bit and 64 bit images from the dropbox, using the HDD Raw Copy Tool - both worked fine to write to a 16GB SD card.

I ordered a Reader, not suppose to get here until tomorrow, but I had to buy some printer ink, so I purchased a SD reader, doesn't hurt to have two. Anyway, I still had the same problem. I have attached two images using the HDD Raw Copy Tool on the original SanDisk microSDHC 16GB and a ONN 32GB microSDHC card. Take care.

That suggests an issue with the downloads - try downloading again

In step 6 of the installation on page 20, it states The target will be a SD card....ensure the correct drive letter is selected for the SD card. But HDD Raw Copy Tool doesn't show the drive letter nor the name of the card, e.i "BOOT". I was selecting "File" at the bottom, then I noticed above it was "Generic STORAGE DEVICE" 15+ GB. So I select it, this worked, I think. I got a message something like can't write anymore...but below it said 100% Complete. Now I had problems with the Bitvise SSH Client login, like I did some years ago, but can't remember what I did or even if I wrote the info. dowm. I have moved across the country since then. I get a "Connection failed. getaddrinfo() failed. Windows error 11001: No such host is known". Under HOST, does "retro-printer" need to be capitalized. It seems like that may have been part of the problem, not sure. The attached image is what happen when I select "Generic STORAGE DEVICE" whit either rpi3.32 32 or 64 .img. I even tried this on a laptop, same results. Tried this on the 16GB and 32GB cards.

I decide to try to install pri3.19f again on the original SanDisk 16GB card. It installed without any errors. Was able to connect to CUPS, went though the steps. Got retro-printer working again, the Ultimate 64 with the Comal 80 cartridge print commands work. Would like to get the pri3.32 64 bit install on the Onn 32Gb card, and see if it works. So I can have to two cards. Take care.

OK that is weird - try the 3.32 32 bit software.

I did find that the 64 bit software does not work in serial capture mode - something to do with the dongle library (I am investigating).
