updating the MicroSDHC card

I tried both the rpi3.32-32 and rpi3.32-64 on a ONN 32GB card. same results as in the images. I might see if I can find another SanDisk 16GB SDHC or a 32GB card. Another thought was, would it be possible to get a version between rpi3.19f and rpi3.32 in 32bit and 64bit version, to see what happens.
With the rpi3.32-32bit file, You have the overlays folder, then files ".bootloader_revision" down to "start4x.elf" for 61.1 MB. The overlays folder has "act-led.dtbo" down to "wm8960-soundcard.dtbo" for 985 KB.

What pi are you using? V3.32 32bit and 64bit images both start up fine here on a pi 3b+

Weird - that suggests it is to do with the write process and yet that also works fine here

A couple of days ago, I tried to use HSS Raw Copy Tool on a old Windows 10 laptop, but I got the same error messages for both rpi3.32-32 and rpi3.32-64 files. I noticed sametimes my card file name "BOOT" will be changed to "Bootfs". I decided to try rpi3.32-64 install on the ONN 32GB card. Got the same error message as before. See attachment. Made images (15) of all of the files to see what you think. Going to try this card and see what happens. Assuming my Cups settings shouldn't be affected. Take care.

That really does not look good in the HDD Raw copy window. I have also uploaded some archives of earlier versions onto the dropbox.

I am just myself writing a 16gb SD card invoice and get this screen after a while:

Once the SD card is finished writing, I get:

As you can see - the current sector count on your screenshot is extremely low which would explain the issue. The file size looks completely wrong as just 1969MB instead of over 9000MB

Admittedly you are using HDD Raw Copy Tool 1.20 (I only have 1.10) so I wonder if it might be a bug in that version of the software?

Hmm.. I will give v1.10 a try. Been using 3.19f, but that is a year and half old. Even the rpi3.32-32bit would be better than nothing. Will give it a try in the morning. Take care. Edit: Just downloaded HDD Raw Copy Tool, the webpage shows v1.10, but the download is v1.20.

It looks like the same problem with v1.10. I looked at the files and they had the same size as the images that I took. Went ahead and plugged the card in the retro-printer, but nothing happened. Going to download the rpi3.xx files and see if these work. Take care. Edit: I tried rpi3.31-32. rpi3.29-32, rpi3.26, rpi3.24-32 with HDD Raw Copy tool v1.10 got the same message as above. Ordered a SanDisk micro SDHC 16GB. card should get it Friday, see what happens. Take care.
