ESC C (Set Page Length)

We have found a bug in the code (in various printer emulations) which handles the ESC C NULL x command to set the page length to x inches.

This could mean that no output was created (as the page size was much too small).

This will be fixed in the v3.26 release - if you are experiencing issues with the PDFs not being generated, it might be worth getting the new version early.
